Meet the Developers

RL
Reuel Cedric Lichangco
Lead Designer & Logic Architect
Spearheaded the visual identity and UI design. I developed the underlying logic and data structures for the UV Heat and Weather Forecast systems.
Jaz
Jaz Villanueva
Embedded Systems & Backend Integration
Built the dashboard and admin monitoring page, and handled the ESP32 setup, Firebase connection, and overall data flow. Develop the weather station system, making sure everything—from sensors to visualization—works smoothly together.
RL
Ron Elmo Kristofer Cabangon
Frontend Engineer
Developed the Map page featuring an interactive Leaflet.js map of the Philippines with real-time OpenWeatherMap weather tile layers, and the About page documenting the team and project tech stack.
